Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

By selecting a recurring purchase option (Subscription) at KVISAKOL, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy ensures you have full control over your cleaning supply refills while helping us manage our inventory effectively.

1. Subscription Terms

  • Automatic Charges: By opting for a subscription, you authorize KVISAKOL to charge your saved payment method at the frequency and price selected at checkout.

  • Price Guarantee: Your subscription price is locked in at the time of your initial order, unless a general price change is announced with at least 30 days' notice.

2. Cancellation Window

  • Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Customer Portal or by contacting us.

  • The "Cut-off" Rule: To avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

  • Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled charge, that specific order will be processed and shipped, and the cancellation will apply to all subsequent cycles.

3. How to Cancel or Modify

Managing your purchase options is easy:

  1. Self-Service: Log into your account on kvisakolusa.com, navigate to "Manage Subscriptions," and select "Cancel" or "Pause."

  2. Via Email: Send a cancellation request to Kvisakolus@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

  3. Flexibility: You can also use the portal to skip a delivery, swap scents, or change your delivery frequency without canceling the entire subscription.

4. Refunds on Subscription Orders

  • Pre-Shipment: If you were charged but the order has not yet entered the "Processing" or "Shipped" stage, contact us immediately for a full refund.

  • Post-Shipment: Once a subscription order has shipped, it falls under our standard 14-Day Refund Policy. The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

5. Failed Payments

If your payment method expires or is declined, we will attempt to reach out via email. After three unsuccessful attempts to process the payment over a period of 10 days, your subscription will be automatically paused until payment information is updated.
