  • Priority Mail Express: Overnight to 2-day delivery guarantee.

  • UPS 3 Day Select® / FedEx Express Saver®: Delivery within 3 business days.

Standard & Ground (Reliable & Cost-Effective)

  • Priority Mail: Fast delivery (1–3 business days).

  • UPS® Ground / FedEx Ground®: Dependable ground delivery for routine shipments.

  • Ground Advantage: Standard reliable shipping (most cost-effective).

  • UPS® Standard / FedEx Ground® Economy: Budget-friendly options for non-urgent orders.

Note: Shipping rates are determined by the carrier based on package weight and destination within the United States.

2. Processing Times

  • 1–2 Business Days: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number to monitor your delivery in real-time.

3. Delivery Estimates

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, please note:

  • Continental U.S.: Standard ground shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after processing.

  • Delays: Delivery times are estimates. Factors such as carrier volume, extreme weather, or regional issues may occasionally cause delays.

4. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately:

5. Domestic Shipping Only

Currently, KVISAKOL ships exclusively within the United States. We look forward to offering international shipping options in the future.
